By making a reservation or using the services of X-Empire Boutique Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not make a booking.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Making a Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability
A valid form of identification is required at check-in
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

2.2 Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit
You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS
Please verify all details in your confirmation

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer
Cash Payment
Debit/Credit Cards (via POS)

3.2 Payment Schedule

Full payment or deposit may be required at time of booking
Outstanding balance must be paid before or upon check-in
Additional charges for services will be billed to your room

3.3 Currency

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

4. Check-in and Check-out

4.1 Standard Times

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

4.2 Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
Must be requested in advance
Not guaranteed without prior confirmation

4.3 Late Check-out Charges

After 12:00 PM - 50% of room rate
After 6:00 PM - Full room rate for additional night

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct

Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is prohibited
Illegal activities are strictly forbidden
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas

5.2 Property Care

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
Lost key cards may incur a replacement fee
Guests will be charged for missing or damaged items

5.3 Maximum Occupancy

Rooms must not exceed stated maximum occupancy
Additional guests may incur extra charges
Unauthorized guests are not permitted

7. Hotel Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal property
Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or at reception
The hotel is not responsible for items left behind after checkout

7.2 Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.

9. Children and Minors

Children under 12 stay free when sharing with parents
Additional charges may apply for extra bedding
Children must be supervised by adults at all times
Age restrictions apply to certain facilities (pool, gym, etc.)

10. Pets

Pets are not permitted at X-Empire Boutique Hotel, except for registered service animals.

11. Modifications to Terms

X-Empire Boutique Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
